prospective users to test Tecplot before they purchase it. Our
Tecplot Purchase page has complete
pricing information including the cost of upgrades.
O-MATRIX - the MATLAB alternative
O-Matrix is is a high-performance, matrix oriented language and integrated environment for analyzing data,
creating simulations, and visualizing results. Excellent two way communication between O-MATRIX and Tecplot means
O-Matrix can be used as a calculation engine for Tecplot and Tecplot may be used to more comprehensively visualize
O-Matrix results. O-Matrix is a low cost [$300; academic $200] alternative to MATLAB. For details see our
O-Matrix advantages page. A general overview of O-Matrix is available at
Overview . You can test O-Matrix before purchase.
There are optional Add-ons which provide capabilities for Signal Processing, Time Series Analysis, Image
Processing, and Database Access. The optional
'O-Matrix Development Kit' [$510] allows applications developed with O-Matrix to be freely distributed to others. Go to
our main O-Matrix page for more information.

INTEL Visual
Fortran compilers - see our Intel Products Page for prices and informaition. There have been considerable changes to the contents of the various editions of Intel Visual Fortran. Intel Visual
Fortran has excellent optimizations and generally produces
code which executes faster than that generated by competing
compilers. The requirement for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 to be used with Intel Visual Fortran has been dropped
for users who do not use C with their Fortran.
